Brownie Chip Cookies

September 7

Found this one on the back of a bag of Chipits white chocolate chips and liked the idea of a cookie being almost as moist as brownie, so I gave them a try. Not too shabby, especially with the walnuts. Yum, yum. It’s always nice to have something different from the usual chocolate chip too.

But is it only me that thinks cookies you’ve baked yourself always taste best a couple days after the baking? Yeah, I’m crazy. I know. icon razz Brownie Chip Cookies

Chipits – for our American readers – is a brand of chocolate chips and seems to have an extensive recipe archive of their own on the website with lots more goodies to try. Enjoy and here’s the recipeicon smile Brownie Chip Cookies

  • "Love anything and your heart will be wrung and possibly broken. If you want to make sure of keeping it intact you must give it to no one, not even an animal. Wrap it carefully round with hobbies and little luxuries; avoid all entanglements. Lock it up safe in the casket or coffin of your selfishness. But in that casket, safe, dark, motionless, airless, it will change. It will not be broken; it will become unbreakable, impenetrable, irredeemable. To love is to be vulnerable." — C.S. Lewis
