can you 100% guarantee these won’t be as flat as pancakes for me when i bake them?

i am the world’s WORST chocolate chip cookie baker. ever.

in the history of the world.

Hee. I’m not a great baker either, M2… lots of trial and error. But with the right size of baking pan, I have never had these turn out flat. I keep a very close eye on them in the oven and make sure they don’t get overdone. Aside from that, I guess it’s just luck – and I wish you much of that!

My mom used to make something very similar actually for our birthday cakes. She’d turn the whole pan onto it’s lid and frost it with cream cheese icing, then decorate with all sorts of candies. It becomes Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake. :)

Ha, I wonder where I got my sweet tooth! ;)

  • "Love anything and your heart will be wrung and possibly broken. If you want to make sure of keeping it intact you must give it to no one, not even an animal. Wrap it carefully round with hobbies and little luxuries; avoid all entanglements. Lock it up safe in the casket or coffin of your selfishness. But in that casket, safe, dark, motionless, airless, it will change. It will not be broken; it will become unbreakable, impenetrable, irredeemable. To love is to be vulnerable." — C.S. Lewis
