Nojos

October 3

1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon mint extract
2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup oats
2 cup chocolate chips

Mix in order and bake at 350 F for 10-15 minutes.

Notes:
I always take special care to mix the two sugars together very well then smooth in the softened butter.

    Thanks Kalanna! I think I’ll make these today or tomorrow to take to our Thanksgiving Dinner on Sunday. They sound good, I like the idea of a bit of mint flavour.
