Rosemary’s Cornbread

1 cup yellow corn meal
1 cup flour
1 egg
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoon baking powder

Morning Glory Muffins

From another friend:
Stir together:
2c flour1c sugar – ½ brown ½ white2 tsp baking soda2 tsp cinnamon½ tsp salt
Stir into the above mixture:
½ c raisins/dates½ c nuts½ c coconut2c grated carrot1 apple, peeled and grated
Beat together separately:
3 egg1c oil2t vanilla

4 eggs2c sugar1 ½ c oil or with ¾ c applesauce/yogurt2c pumpkin3c flour2t soda2t baking powder1t cinnamon1t salt2c chocolate chips/dates/raisins
